All items ship with USPS TRACKING and physically dropped off at a US Postal Office (within 1-2 days of order)

Once an item has been received by the Postal Office, we at TheJewelryOwl and ETSY are not responsible for lost or damaged packages or delivery delays by the US Postal Service
Re-shipping items will be shipped at the Buyer’s expense if item is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First Class or Priority Mail
Standard Shipping – USPS (First Class Mail) – Expected delivery time 3 to 8 business days
Rush Shipping – USPS (Priority Mail) – Expected delivery time 2 to 3 business days
Lost, Stolen, or Package Damaged in Shipping
Once the post office has accepted your package, you will need to file a claim with your local US Postal Office if your package is lost, stolen or packaged was damaged in transit.
If your package is damaged in transit – it is important to take photo to include with your claim
